Thanks to the Miska concept, Bolivia's first mobile kitchen that travels to remote villages, apprentice chefs spent 5 days discovering and learning culinary techniques under the guidance of chefs from the Manqa school. Co-funded project with the association Tous Semblables Tous Différents (https://assotstd.com).
With the copyright of the self-published book by Anne Bialek on the Royal Cordillera, a support and awareness operation for environmental protection was carried out in all the schools of the Royal Cordillera. We set up a show with clowns to show the children that nature is a treasure that must be preserved and above all, not to throw plastic.
